A Techno-Economic Agenda for the Next Administration

Given America’s poor productivity growth, a deep hollowing out of its advanced technology manufacturing sectors, and anemic application of innovation across all sectors of the economy, the United States is in desperate need of a robust techno-economic policy agenda. And this can only happen with presidential leadership and initiative.

Both major party candidates want to strengthen America’s economy; however, neither Bidenomics nor the “America First” agenda will do the job.
